We want you to love your Raw Purple products. If you have any issues with the product, we're here to help. 

Time Frame:

You have 6 days from the delivery date to initiate exchange.

Eligibility:

To be eligible for a  exchange, the item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Shipping Charges:

Raw Purple does not accept returns—only exchanges. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges when sending an item for exchange. However, Raw Purple will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item to the customer..

How to Initiate:

To initiate a  exchange, please contact our customer service team at rawpurple23@gmail.com within the 6-day window. We'll provide you with further instructions and a return/exchange authorization.

Processing Time: 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your exchange within 3 working days.

Exchanges: 

If you're exchanging an item, we will ship the new item once we receive the original item.
